Hon. Stephen Larson, the presiding judge in the case of Siegel v. Time Warner, has moved the February 3, 2009 trial litigating "alter ego" issues related to the Superman copyrights to April 21, 2009. He has also moved the March 24, 2009 accounting trial to June 9, 2009. In the order resetting the dates, the judge indicated that the delays are due to "health issues related to one of plaintiff's [Joanne Siegel and Laura Siegel Larson], main expert witnesses."
